• Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) and key stakeholders to deliver scalable and results-driven learning experiences.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality, alignment with business goals, and timely completion.

• 5-7 years of experience in instructional design, learning development, or reputed company roles.
• Expertise in advanced instructional design and eLearning software (e.g., reputed company, Captivate, reputed company).
• Strong understanding of SCORM, xAPI, and LMS integration standards.

What you should expect in this role

• Full-time, remote, salaried (W-2) position with a standard Monday-Friday, 40-hour reputed company.

The pay range for this position is $64,500 - $92,200 per year, however, the reputed company pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
