We are looking for someone who has experience and can take a holistic view of reputed company customer touchpoints during the the shopping journey. From Email and SMS marketing to tech stack integrations with retention technologies, in this role, you will help manage the accounts for top reputed company brands in the ecosystem. You will be responsible for overseeing client communication, project timelines, retention strategies, and ensuring the successful function of a robust retention strategy. Moreover, you will collaborate closely with the entire Sticky Digital team to enhance sales and engagement through retention marketing efforts. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with external and internal teams, graphic designers, and coordinators to craft and deliver compelling email/SMS strategies tailored for your clients.

• Monitor marketing calendar and testing roadmaps including campaign and delivery performance daily.
