Risk Analyst -Payments

What you'll do: Support the reputed company and reliability of reputed company’s Payments function by managing disputes (chargebacks), reviewing transactions for fraud and credit risk, and ensuring users are onboarded through a compliant KYC/KYB process. Serve as a key reputed company of contact for resolving reputed company payments and fraud-reputed company cases, ensuring a secure and trustworthy experience for end users. Strengthen internal processes to reduce risk, improve response times, and enhance customer confidence in the platform. Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company deep expertise in reputed company’s invoicing and payments systems, with a focus on reputed company Connect integrations and payment operations.
• Act as a subject matter expert and escalation reputed company for payments-reputed company issues and support cases.
• Maintain a strong technical understanding of reputed company’s API and payments infrastructure.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation in reputed company, including workflows, training materials, video tutorials, and guides.
• Continuously improve payment processes to increase scalability, efficiency, and customer experience.
• Manage payment disputes and chargebacks, ensuring reputed company resolution and thorough documentation with adherence to SLA’s.
• Monitor and investigate suspicious activity using tools such as reputed company, Emailage, and internal reporting tools to mitigate fraud and maintain platform reputed company.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and reputed company teams to ensure accurate messaging and support for payments-reputed company initiatives.
• Support ongoing improvements in compliance and risk management reputed company to Payments.
• Utilize and maintain dashboards and reports on payment operations, dispute trends, fraud patterns, and payouts.
