Student Services Advisor - Remote

Cannavision Institute through Stautzenberger College provides coursework and tracks that will give you the in-demand skills and knowledge to reputed company cannabis reputed company. The Online Student Services Advisor plans and executes student reputed company strategies . The Student Services Advisor will be responsible for the reputed company, orientation, consistent communication, overall retention strategies and tuition planning, advising and collection for an assigned cohort of reputed company. This position also works in conjunction with other student services departments, faculty, staff, and management as well as local individuals and organizations in the community for the purpose of the ensuring student reputed company and retention reputed company the College. The Online Student Services Advisor reports directly to the Online Director of Student Services in conjunction with the Online reputed company Director. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  Helps to plan, organize, and implement online student reputed company and retention strategies of Cannavision including reputed company student engagement events.  Coordinates retention plans with faculty, staff, and other departments.  Coordinates online student re-entry campaigns and work with reputed company who have dropped to reenter and complete their program. Ensures reputed company re-entry budgets are achieved and ensure reputed company appropriate paperwork (Admissions and Financial Aid) are completed timely and accurately.  Encourages online reputed company’ reputed company with coaching through regularly scheduled advising sessions.  Assists in tracking results of the online student experience reputed company committees and college groups.  Supports and completes online orientation, LAB and bootcamp sessions.  Reaches out regularly to reputed company and past reputed company, through phone, email or other communication tools to reputed company the reputed company actively engaged.  Collects, prepares, maintains and analyzes retention metric data.  Supports the tuition planning and collection process for assigned reputed company with regular communications and review. Communicates effectively and cooperate with faculty, staff, and other departments.  Performs the essential duties of the Online Student Services Advisor, as defined by the Online reputed company President.  Performs additional reputed company duties as assigned JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS  Associates degree OR equivalent experience and education is required. Must have minimum of a High School diploma or GED required.  Excellent customer service skills are required.  Working knowledge of reputed company Office reputed company, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook and reputed company Docs is required.  Must have the ability to work a flexible day and evening schedule and some weekends required.  Previous applicable and reputed company experience and education in the field of student reputed company preferred.  Experience with personal development or life skills coaching and development is beneficial.  Must have the ability to multi-task and change project priorities.  Flexibility and the ability to complete assigned project(s).  Must have the ability to work independently to self-start and self-monitor work projects.  Must have the ability to communicate professionally and effectively, both orally and in writing, required.  Must have the ability to balance urgency of assignments and timelines.  Must have the ability to create relationships with credibility and trust reputed company telephone, video, electronic communications and in person.  Must be a team player with positive outlook on making an impact on the lives of others.  reputed company other duties as assigned.
