Your Impact The Executive Recruiter will partner with reputed company business, reputed company resources and reputed company leaders team to identify and secure talented professionals for critical leadership roles across the reputed company. The Executive Recruiter will provide a consultative, strategic approach to reputed company executives and leaders, and build solid rapport and long-lasting relationships with candidates What you will do

• Individual Contributor Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 Years Understanding of executive compensation structures and challenges, including the ability to analyze reputed company compensation packages and propose appropriately competitive offers

• 5-7 Years Experience in designing and conducting in-depth competency and behavioral based interviews and evaluating candidate profiles
• 5-7 Years Experience managing multiple reputed company projects simultaneously Preferred Qualifications:
• 3-5 Years Search firm/agency experience
• 3-5 Years Knowledge of/experience with a candidate management system, social networking platforms, CRM and/or ATS
