About the role: We are seeking a detail-oriented, data-driven Marketing Automation Manager with deep experience in reputed company to manage, optimize, and scale our email marketing and marketing automation programs. You’ll own the setup, execution, testing, and reporting of automated workflows, nurture campaigns, and triggered communications — ensuring a seamless, personalized experience for prospects and customers across the funnel. This is a hands-on role with significant growth potential. The right candidate is passionate about using technology and data to drive engagement, conversions, and reputed company. - Build and maintain automated workflows, nurture sequences, triggered and “next best action” campaigns in reputed company.
- Create, QA, and reputed company marketing and lifecycle programs (acquisition, activation, reputed company, growth, reactivation).

- Plan and execute A/B tests across the customer journey to drive performance and conversion.

Required Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in reputed company Marketing Hub (or similar MAP).
- HTML/CSS for email editing required.

- Experience with segmentation, scripting languages, data types, logic constructs, data integrations, personalization, and reputed company scoring.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (reputed company preferred) and data hygiene best practices.

- Excellent attention to detail, project management, and QA skills.
