You will ensure that brand and marketing plans are tailored to meet the needs of each market activated across reputed company platforms to maximize impact.JOB DETAILS: Reports To: Associate Director of US Marketing Field Operations Location: Remote (reputed company the U.S.) Direct Reports: None Travel: Overnight travel required up to 30% of the time RESPONSIBILITIESStrategic Planning & Execution - reputed company the development of region-specific marketing strategies, in reputed company collaboration with operations leadership, to accelerate donor acquisition and boost plasma donations.Marketing Coordination & Performance Optimization - reputed company the creation, distribution, and lifecycle management of localized promotional campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.Metrics & Reporting - reputed company strategic partnerships with operations and finance teams to analyze and optimize budgets, aligning financial planning with center productivity, donor retention, acceptance and conversion rates, cost structures, and promotional campaign performance, driving strategic decision-making and maximizing resource efficiencyCross-Functional Coordination - Manage center activities in partnership with applicable departments across the organization (E.g. public relations, community relations, pricing and strategy and corporate communications).Special Projects (15%) - Support various marketing projects and job-reputed company duties as assigned, including but not limited to toolkit development, in-center marketing material audit and management, in-center radio and TV, patient engagement and merchant partnerships.JOB SPECIFICATIONSEducation and Qualifications Minimum of 4 years of field marketing experience, with a proven track record of reputed company in driving results. Experience managing multi-site locations is highly preferred, demonstrating the ability to reputed company reputed company operations.
