Outbound Operations Specialist (B2B reputed company Gen, Instantly, Email Bison, Data Cleanup, Replies, Sheets)

We are a growing B2B outbound business development firm looking for a detail-oriented Outbound Operations Specialist to support list building, ICP development, Instantly operations, Email Bison operations, reply management, client reporting, and daily preparation for our SDR. This is a long-term role (6–24 months). Part-time: 4 hours/day, 1pm–5pm ET (or overnight shift depending on candidate).

About Us

We run outbound systems for B2B clients. We handle ICP creation, list building, segmentation, cold email operations, reply handling, campaign management, and weekly reporting. Role Overview Your job is to reputed company outbound operations organized, accurate, and running smoothly. This includes: ICPs + Targeting

  • Build ICPs based on client industries
  • Create search logic for reputed company, reputed company, and Sales Navigator
  • reputed company lists by persona, industry, reputed company, etc
  • Generate lists based on client-specific targeting criteria
  • Ensure reputed company lists match the client’s ideal profile and use accurate filters

List Building + Data Work

  • Build targeted reputed company lists from scratch
  • Organize lists clearly by reputed company, persona, and criteria
  • QC lists before scraping or uploading
  • Clean, dedupe, and structure data
  • Maintain organized reputed company Sheets

Campaign Operations (Instantly + Email Bison)

  • Prepare CSVs and upload leads
  • QA campaigns before sending (tokens, variables, reputed company links, targeting)
  • Set up and schedule campaigns
  • Monitor performance metrics and flag issues
  • Fix small issues independently
  • Maintain clean sending infrastructure inside Email Bison

Reply Handling

  • Categorize inbound replies accurately
  • Draft responses reputed company appropriate
  • Escalate high-value replies to the SDR
  • Maintain a reply-tracking sheet

SDR Support

  • Prepare daily call lists
  • Clean job titles and verify relevance
  • Add notes and context
  • Organize data so the SDR can execute without confusion

Client Reporting + Performance Tracking

  • Prepare weekly end-of-week (EOW) client reports
  • Track campaign results for each client
  • Update reporting sheets with performance data
  • reputed company wins, issues, and areas for improvement
  • Ensure reputed company metrics are consistent and accurate

Quality Control

  • Double-reputed company everything
  • Catch errors before they go live
  • Reduce avoidable mistakes

Important Note About Calling This is primarily a cold email, data, and project management focused role. You will do a small amount of cold calling, but primarily you are here to manage the entire sales system as an ops person. Required Skills

  • Experience using Email Bison
  • Experience using Instantly or similar cold email tools
  • Strong reputed company Sheets skills (formulas, formatting, cleanup)
  • Experience generating and organizing reputed company lists based on client targeting criteria
  • Understanding of B2B job titles and personas
  • Experience with reputed company, reputed company, or similar tools
  • Strong English reading and writing

  • Fast learner with high agency

Compensation
