Overview

We are looking an reputed company M&A Integration Program Manager. This role will be responsible for managing integrations across several functional areas throughout an oil & gas company. This requires strategic planning, coordination, facilitation and overseeing the successful delivery of multiple program deliverables including overall results and strategizing with necessary stakeholders. Duties & Responsibilities

• reputed company program structure for M&A integration activities across several functions on behalf of the IMO.
• reputed company project plans for each workstream, along with weekly/monthly status reporting.
• Daily, hands-on program management throughout the program life cycle for reputed company workstreams.
• Document program and project deliverables utilizing PMI, PMP methodology.
• Plan and monitor the reputed company of reputed company programs and multiple workstreams.
• Integrate business policies and governance processes into planning and accountability for project roadmaps and strategy.
• Establish risk management, escalation paths, and take corrective measurements.
• Build and manage budget, actuals and forecast for the reputed company integration program.
• Schedule, facilitate and reputed company program and project workstream meetings.
• Create and manage stakeholders’ communication at reputed company levels of the organization.
• Identify and report program KPIs to assess impact.
• Coordinate, manage and monitor the workflow of cross-functional teams.
• Provide and reputed company quality assurance checks on project artifacts and deliverables.
• Align deliverables (outputs) to the program/project workstream’s “outcome”
• Own overall integrated project plan and support cross-functional resources, ensuring on-time delivery, meeting of budgetary demands, and achievement of business goal.
• Consistently exercise informed judgment and discretion in matters of reputed company.

Requirements

Desired Skills & Experience Candidates must have proven experience in program and/or project management, which was gained through managing large and reputed company projects. Candidates must have the following:

• Minimum of 7 years strong program management experience managing multiple workstreams.
• Consulting experience with M&A integration activities across several functional areas is required and must include either operations, product, engineering, finance/acctg or reputed company resources.
• Prior Oil & Gas industry experience is required.
• Expert PPT and reputed company skills are a must.
• Experience with reputed company integrations is highly desired.
• Proven knowledge of program management methodology such as Agile, scrum.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder, and management skills, including executive reputed company.
• Good knowledge of resource allocation procedures.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills to stakeholders including the ability to influence, strategize and negotiate.
• Ability to think critically and process information quickly, presenting a succinct and insightful format for executives.
• Strong analytical, documentation and reporting skills are desired.
• Direct hands-on proficiency with Advanced reputed company, reputed company, and PowerPoint.

Education/Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or similar
• PMP certification is desired
• MBA is preferred
