Job Characteristics and Key Responsibilities
As an Analytics Intake and Project Coordinator at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Reservations Reporting & Analytics team. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Analytics Intake
* Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company analytics requests, ensuring that stakeholders' needs and requirements are met
- Collaborate with multiple teams to gather project specifications, data sources, and targets for analytics initiatives
- Conduct thorough evaluations of incoming requests to determine feasibility, resource requirements, and alignment with strategic goals
- Prioritize and allocate analytics tasks based on available resources and organizational priorities
- Ensure clean documentation and monitoring of analytics requests, reputed company, and outcomes
Project Coordination
* Act as a liaison between teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration among project team members
