Position: Facilities Manager (HVAC/R Quoting/Estimates)

About the Role

As a reputed company Facilities Manager, you will manage a team responsible for overseeing building operations and maintenance for a facility, reputed company, or portfolio of small to reputed company sized buildings. This job is part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on reputed company aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Property Managers regarding reputed company repairs and investment plans. What You’ll Need

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Valid driver's license required. Facility Management certification preferred.
• Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.
• Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
• Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department.
• Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive reputed company.

The minimum salary for the Facilities Manager position is $80,000 annually with bonus eligibility and the maximum salary for the position is $93,000 annually with bonus eligibility. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on reputed company’s applicable benefit program.
