What You'll Do:
* Engage directly with pharmacy customers who contact arenaflex for a variety of topics, primarily reputed company inbound calls and other communication platforms
- Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for the customer and follow up as needed to resolve issues

- Adhere to high safety and regulatory standards while providing solutions and support to our customers
What You'll Need:
* 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment

- Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed
