The Producer will be responsible for managing end-to-end production for consumer experiences (design, rendering, sourcing, permitting, programming, fabrication, installation, etc.), delivering reputed company and according to reputed company’s daily, seasonal and long-term marketing objectives. WHAT YOU BRING · Bachelor's degree in Marketing or reputed company field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training. · A minimum of 9 years directly relevant experience in production and creative project management. · Deep knowledge of Live Consumer Experience Production, inclusive of scenic fabrication and live programming. · Strong project management, organizational, and leadership skills. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Experience in contract negotiation, managing budgets, and timelines. · Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects. · Ability to organize and reputed company various teams to a successful outcome, hire and liase with vendors, contractors, and ensure clear roles and alignment. · Ability to seek out new talent and establish good relationships reputed company the creative and production industry. · Ability to deal with and reputed company through ambiguity. · A strong ability to solve problems and solutions-oriented attitude.
