[Remote] HR Business Partner

The HR Business Partner will play a strategic role in fostering a positive work environment, providing guidance on workforce planning, employee relations, and HR strategy implementation for virtual schools reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with school leaders to understand and support their HR needs effectively
- Collaborate with HR teams to reputed company and execute initiatives reputed company with organizational objectives
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, reputed company insights, and recommend strategic improvements
- Provide guidance and coaching to school leaders on leadership development and performance management
- Advise managers and staff on conflict resolution, communication strategies, and performance issues
- Coordinate with legal counsel and school boards on employment-reputed company matters to ensure compliance and mitigate risks
- Monitor employee satisfaction and turnover metrics, implementing retention and engagement strategies
- Manage performance appraisal programs and disciplinary procedures in accordance with company policies

- Participate in recruitment efforts, including interviewing and evaluating candidates
- Assist in designing and deploying employee development programs and leadership training initiatives

Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in reputed company Resources or reputed company fields
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a reputed company discipline
- Strong proficiency in HR software and technical tools
- High emotional intelligence and excellent interpersonal skills
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
