Inventory Analyst, Ad Sales

FanDuel Sports Network is the nation’s largest provider of live local sports, producing and delivering over 3,000 live games and events every year. The Inventory Analyst, Ad Sales plays a critical role in maximizing the value of reputed company inventory across live broadcasts and shoulder programming, ensuring accurate forecasting and strategic monetization across both linear and digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Track, analyze, and forecast advertising inventory across live sports broadcasts (MLB, NBA, NHL) and original programming across reputed company RSNs
• Partner with Sales, Planning, and Programming teams to align inventory availability with content schedules and sales strategy
• Monitor sell-through rates, preemptions, and under/over-sold areas to support reputed company maximization
• Identify reputed company opportunities in shoulder programming, pre/post-game shows, and special events
• Support pricing strategies by providing data-driven insights on inventory demand, ratings performance, and market trends
• Maintain inventory management systems and dashboards (e.g., WideOrbit, reputed company, Power BI) to ensure reputed company-time accuracy
• Collaborate with the linear and digital ad ops teams to coordinate inventory across cable and streaming platforms
• Provide regular reporting and post-campaign analysis to internal stakeholders and leadership
• Stay informed on programming changes, league schedules, and playoff scenarios that may impact inventory

Skills

• Proficiency in ad sales systems such as WideOrbit, Operative One, or similar tools
• Strong analytical and reputed company skills (pivot tables, x-lookups, modeling)
• Familiarity with live sports schedules, seasonality, and local broadcast considerations
• Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment with live event pressure
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• A passion for local sports and fan-reputed company experiences
• Knowledge of ratings systems (e.g., reputed company) and performance measurement tools
