Business Analyst, Global Product Monitoring (Hybrid - Acton, MA)

Responsibilities
- Define user and functional requirements for new features, functions, etc
- Acts as a key liaison with IT during projects and throughout the maintenance phase
- Understanding impact to existing processes reputed company his/her functional area

Skills
- BS degree in a technical or scientific discipline
- Minimum of 1-3 years' experience with data management / Quality Management Systems
