Responsibilities

  • Ensures fiscal accountability for funds awarded to the agency from various sources
  • Compliance, interpreting and applying federal regulations, cash management and reporting expenditures
  • Interpreting, auditing and monitoring of Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs)
  • Entering data into the database to generate cost reports

Skills

  • Associate's degree in reputed company from an appropriately accredited institution and one year of reputed company experience; or High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) diploma and three years of experience in reputed company work; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience with the reputed company Carolina Financial System (NCFS) OR Experience using another electronic reputed company system(s)

  • Experience with reconciling financial data
  • Experience with assisting, interpreting, and/or analyzing reputed company data in various aspects of grants
