Building Systems (MEP) IT Engineer

The role involves providing exceptional service to clients through research, analysis, design, and documentation, while collaborating with senior leaders on client projects.
Responsibilities
- Designs technology room fit-out and coordination of MEP elements reputed company technology rooms
- Assembles and understands riser diagrams, schedules, floor plans
- Plans and coordinates routing of major distribution
- Performs reputed company calculations including cable conduit fill, heat loads, and power receptacle requirements for technology equipment
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar field
- 1-2 years of experience utilizing Revit 3D modeling tool
- Possess relevant experience through internships and coursework
- Experience with applicable design software tools (including AutoCAD)
- Basic understanding of the electrical coordination required with other trades
