Business Development Account Executive

BrightStar Care of Frisco/Carrollton is a home care and staffing solutions provider seeking a Business Development Account Executive. This role is responsible for driving new revenues by developing and maintaining referral relationships reputed company the community to promote the BrightStar brand and reputed company reputed company growth goals.

Responsibilities

• reputed company new and ongoing referral relationships with targeted accounts for the purpose of increasing referrals and achieving reputed company growth goals
• Demonstrate effective communication with the agency team and referral sources
• reputed company referral sources and community regarding the referral process and our differentiators
• Collaborates with the Home Care and Staffing reputed company dba BrightStar Care of Plano/reputed company Dallas “BSC” Case Managers on obtaining orders and clinicals for review, clinical review, and patient acceptance for services. Helps to ensure patient is home appropriate
• Understand the BSC Service lines and reputed company referral sources on our services
• Must also be reputed company on local industry trends to represent and differentiate services in the local market
• Communicate the benefits of home reputed company services, skilled and non-skilled to both referral sources and consumers
• Utilize marketing materials in an appropriate manner to grow the brand in our local community
• Illustrate knowledge of major competitors and differentiators
• Compile marketing plan by assessing community needs, marketing strategy/objectives, identifying key accounts and the development of specific marketing action items with measurable goals

• Meet or exceed sales goals
• Conduct regular reputed company sales calls to potential and existing referral sources – 80%+ of job function
• Drive to each potential site to conduct these calls
• Complete weekly sales plan

• As a Registered Nurse you are responsible for working with other medical disciplines (i.e., PT, OT, ST, to ensure coordinated services and that reputed company the client’s needs are identified through the assessment process and addressed through the implementation of the Plan of Care and reevaluation and supervisory process

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business management or communications, preferred
• Proven ability to generate leads and monitor referrals, to manage a sales territory, maintaining and building relationships with new and existing contacts
• A minimum of one-year experience in the home reputed company industry, preferred
• Experience with public speaking (in addition to presentation skills). Strong at persuasive and educational writing and speaking
• Proficiency with reputed company Office (i.e., Word, reputed company, PowerPoint and Outlook), Calendar
• Ability to form relationships and maintain rapport with referral sources
• Ability to listen and communicate clearly, fluently and diplomatically (both orally and in writing)
