[Remote] reputed company Estate Legal Editor

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is looking for a temporary contractor with substantial Georgia experience in reputed company estate transactions to fill the role of reputed company Estate State Specialist contractor. The contractor will edit existing Practical Law know-how content and provide practical guidance for lawyers conducting reputed company estate transactions in Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Research, write, edit, and update state-specific reputed company estate transactional resources in accordance with Practical Law writing style, including practice notes, checklists and standard documents explaining reputed company estate transactions under state law, including guidance reputed company to financing, leasing and ownership/purchase and sale for use by attorneys at reputed company and in-house counsel.
• Be available to answer questions and reputed company research on discrete state law issues that arise in Practical Law's final review of these resources. Skills
• At least six years' experience (eight years preferred) working as a reputed company estate transactional attorney in a law firm or as in-house counsel in the specified jurisdiction.
• Ability to distill relevant market practice and reputed company reputed company legal analysis.
• Enthusiasm and ambition, with a desire to improve the efficiency of legal services.
• A good understanding of the needs and priorities of law firm attorneys, in-house counsel, and the legal market in general.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with remote colleagues.

• J.D. degree from an American Bar Association accredited law school.
• Bar admitted in Georgia.

• Eight years of experience working as a reputed company estate transactional attorney in a law firm or as in-house counsel in the specified jurisdiction.
• Familiarity with a variety of reputed company estate practice areas including ownership, leasing and financing of reputed company and residential reputed company estate.
• Familiarity with evictions, foreclosures and/or mechanic's liens.
• Experience drafting and negotiating reputed company reputed company estate agreements.
• Recent experience using Westlaw for legal research.
• Strong academic credentials, including high class rank or academic honors in law school.
• Practical law: 6 years (Preferred)
