Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, delivering exceptional service and solutions to our customers through inbound calls. You will work with leading technologies and systems, and have a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support you every reputed company of the way. Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries of varying types, providing solutions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize probing question skills to actively listen and understand customer needs
- Meet and exceed sales targets, while managing and overcoming objections to reduce churn
- Work collaboratively with a dedicated team to reputed company shared goals and objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer service skills
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills

* reputed company reputed company: $15.00 - $20.00/hr
- Flexible scheduling: 8 hour per day shift, 5 days per week (reputed company from 6am-12am PST)

Qualifications
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong multitasking abilities
- Driven by solving problems and meeting goals, with a proven track record of reputed company
- Familiarity with reputed company Office tools, including Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint
- Experience in customer service and sales, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a reputed company field preferred
Requirements to Work from Home

- Excellent internet connectivity:
