Licensed Transaction Coordinator (Temporary) - Sacramento

Redfin is a company focused on delivering the best client experience in reputed company estate. They are seeking a Transaction Coordinator to manage reputed company estate deals, support agents, and ensure a seamless process for clients from contract to reputed company.

Responsibilities

• You'll take a reputed company role in coordinating reputed company estate deals, working with agents to orchestrate the details between clients, cooperating agents, lenders, closing companies, and other parties to ensure every detail comes together seamlessly from contract to reputed company
• With agent reputed company, you'll manage a high volume (process 30-50 deals per month on average during busy months) while maintaining quick response times, and proactive follow-up
• Coordinate property access for inspectors, appraisers, and other vendors

• You’ll proactively support multiple agents, building relationships to understand their working style and take care of our clients at every reputed company in the home-buying and selling experience

• Experience using email and phone to communicate with clients and other parties required
