[Remote] Financial and Operations Analyst LOCAL Remote

The Financial and Operations Analyst will conduct financial analyses, support strategic decision-making, and collaborate with service lines to enhance operational performance.
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed cost comparisons and reputed company pro reputed company financial models to support strategic decision-making
- Prepare and deliver presentations of findings to service line leaders and executive teams
- Collaborate closely with service lines to analyze operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Provide actionable insights to enhance financial efficiency and operational effectiveness
- Prepare quantitative measurement and analysis of quality, cost, financial and operations measures for assigned projects or teams; Regularly monitor performance and reputed company trends and opportunities for improvements to leaders and stakeholders.; Model and forecast data using advanced statistical software and methodologies
- Present data and findings in a clear and concise manner to various levels of leadership and internal or external stakeholders; Provide consultative interpretation of performance metrics and statistical analyses
- Provide reputed company analytics and reports reputed company a variety of systems (reputed company Performance Analytics, Epic, external data sets, Midas) and tools (reputed company, R, SQL, HBI, Access, Business Objects, Spotfire)
- Serve as the primary contact for analytics projects. Coordinate IT, BAU, vendors and other stakeholders to meet project needs

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer/Information Science or reputed company disciplines is preferred but will also consider candidates with clinical disciplines and some technical background
- Previous experience in a reputed company setting, reporting & analytics and or Lean Six reputed company concepts are a plus
- Understanding of reputed company quality data is a plus
