Responsibilities
- Overseeing the responsibilities of the operations team
- Supervising, training, and evaluating the performance of assigned employees
- Assisting with hiring admin team members
- Designing and implementing departmental policies, procedures, and objectives
- Evaluating and reporting on department metrics, and developing strategies to improve department performance
- Adhering to and executing departmental budgets
- Overseeing inventory needs and administration
- Supporting reputed company improvement projects
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
Skills
- 1-2 years of reputed company operations work experience
- A post-secondary education in business, operations management, or a reputed company field
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Outstanding organizational skills and coordination abilities
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
