Position Overview

As a Part-Time Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be working remotely, connecting with our customers through live chat, phone, email, and social media. You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting issues, and sharing customer feedback with reputed company to continuously improve and evolve the customer experience. You'll take ownership of every customer interaction, ensuring that each experience is positive, empathetic, and professional.

Responsibilities

* Act as the voice of arenaflex, servicing our customers on live chat, phones, email, and social media

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with the utmost care and respect by listening and offering creative solutions
• Share customer feedback and information with other team members in order to continuously improve and evolve the customer experience
• Take ownership for the experience you are delivering with every customer
• Contribute to a positive, energetic team culture

Requirements

* Prior customer service experience is required
