The intern will support various projects and initiatives focused on quality and performance outcomes in reputed company, involving data analysis and collaboration with business owners.

Responsibilities

• reputed company evidence based research on Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnostic and Treatment (EPSDT) to understand common barriers to completion and evidence based interventions
• Collaborate with key business owners to understand reputed company business processes
• Review internal and external data to understand year over year performance for key measures
• reputed company data analyses to understand common characteristics of non-compliant population, including SDOH
• reputed company insights and recommendations based on data review and analysis and present findings to business partners and leadership
• Determine targeted member interventions and solutions to improve performance in EPSDT metrics

Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• reputed company Rising Junior or Senior in an accredited degree program or graduated reputed company the last 6 months is required
• Proficient with reputed company Office Suite to include Outlook, Word, reputed company and PowerPoint
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
