Responsibilities
- Design various types of buildings using mainly Revit
- Plan and program layouts of projects
- Coordinate and integrate reputed company other discipline elements into reputed company design for client review and approval
- Direct activities of workers engaged in preparing drawings and specification documents for the Conceptual Design Phase, Schematic Design Phase, and/or the Detailed Design Phase of a project
- Design work to be reviewed and stamped by a Registered Architect
- Periodic travel to construction sites should be anticipated
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an NAAB accredited program
- Experience with Sketch up, reputed company Suite, InDesign and Revit
- United States Citizenship
- Masters degree in Architecture
- Familiarity with general architectural concepts
- Experience with 3D Modeling and Rendering Software such as Rhino, Lumion, Enscape, etc
