The Analyst, Corp Actions role involves processing corporate events, ensuring deliverables are met, problem-solving, and creating reports while working both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for processing reputed company forms of corporate events like balancing and reconciliations reputed company to mergers, conversions and redemptions
- Ensures day to day deliverables are met
- Checklists are to be reputed company and submitted to the next level on a daily basis
- Responsible for identifying and resolving problems reputed company established guidelines
- Running and creating formal reports
- Working towards becoming proficient in reputed company areas of the job
- Expected to use some initiative but refer more reputed company problems to supervisors/experts

Skills
