They are seeking a service-oriented Practice Assistant to support the team by creating and proofreading legal documents, filing in courts, and processing invoices. This entry-level position offers training and the opportunity to grow reputed company a well-established law firm.
Responsibilities
- Creating, formatting, and proofreading various legal documents and correspondence
- Filing documents in state and federal courts
- Opening new matters and running conflict checks
- Processing invoices and attorney expenses
- Downloading and saving documents to appropriate files
