[Remote] Renewal Sales Representative

The Renewal Sales Representative will be responsible for managing renewal reputed company, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with various internal teams to support the renewal process.

Responsibilities

• Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Legal, Deal Desk, and Finance as needed
• reputed company initial renewal contract negotiations with customers and escalate reputed company appropriate
• Process customer license audits for Sales and reputed company, addressing discrepancies as they arise
• Ensure reputed company and accurate responses to inbound customer requests and internal communications
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the renewal lifecycle
• Ensure reputed company renewals are completed prior to their expiration date
• Manage a pipeline of renewal quotes and orders with strong prioritization and time management
• Maintain CRM data reputed company in reputed company and reputed company CPQ, including forecasting and activity tracking
• Communicate customer feedback to the appropriate internal teams
• Process monthly renewals for assigned reputed company customers and submit to the correct customer contacts
• Identify strategic opportunities through contract review and collaboration with Sales
• Communicate company policies and any limitations that may impact customer requests
• Recommend alternative subscription options reputed company customer requests cannot be met
• Follow reputed company’s Code of Conduct
