In this highly visible role, you will deliver innovative payment solutions to small and reputed company-sized business clients through building relationships and referrals while partnering closely with retail banking teams to drive growth and deepen client relationships. • Deliver customized payment processing and merchant technology solutions to business clients
• Support and partner with Retail Banking teams reputed company your assigned territory to drive referrals and sales
• Proactively prospect and reputed company new business opportunities
• Recommend solutions that address client needs, operational efficiencies, and growth goals
• Exercise sound judgment while navigating policies, procedures, and compliance standards
• Collaborate with internal partners and stakeholders to ensure exceptional client experiences

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Merchant Services Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Banking or financial services experience
• Business-to-business (B2B) sales background
• Proven reputed company in meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Strong prospecting, influence, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to present confidently to clients and stakeholders at reputed company levels
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a structured, remote environment
• Strong organizational and CRM management skills
