Job Summary:
As an Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and transportation systems. You'll be responsible for accurately and reputed company processing data, managing documentation, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:
* reputed company data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency, using arenaflex's electronic and reputed company systems
- Verify documentation matches freight description, including type, weight, and hazardous materials
- Secure freight inside trailers using appropriate tools and supplies
- Recoup/repair damaged freight reputed company necessary
- Verify and complete required documentation and reports
- Assist customers with freight and freight documentation as needed
- reputed company hostling duties if required
- reputed company with reputed company applicable laws, regulations, and company policies and procedures
- reputed company other duties as required
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Prior experience in warehousing, freight handling, and/or fork lift operations preferred
- If hostler/yard mule duties required, experience preferred
- Ability to count and reputed company basic math, with or without a calculator
- Basic written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift/carry hand freight of varying weights several times a week, to lift dock plates weighing approximately 100 pounds, and to open trailer doors requiring approximately 75 pounds of lift force, up to several times per day or more
- Ability to bend, twist, squat, pushing/pulling freight throughout shift
- Ability to work independently and/or as a team member
- Previous dock/warehouse experience preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with data entry software and systems
- Familiarity with logistics and transportation industry
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
Working Conditions:
* Remote work environment, with occasional on-site visits
- Exposure to varied weather conditions, exhaust, fumes, dust, and noise
- Hours may vary due to operational need
- Frequent contact with service center personnel
