Job Summary
We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join reputed company as Associate Customer Service Representatives. As a key member of our customer service center, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing exceptional service to our members, providers, and brokers. Key Responsibilities
* Resolve customer inquiries and complaints reputed company written, telephonic, and face-to-face communication in a timely and accurate manner
- Prepare adjustments for services not properly processed, either systematically or by forwarding to the appropriate area for follow-up and resolution
- Meet reputed company production, quality, and adherence standards, including attending required training classes

- Maintain accurate records, including timekeeping records

Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED required for reputed company levels
