Customer Development Associate (CDA)

The CDA will manage relationships with key stakeholders and ensure the successful delivery of solutions based on customer needs.

Responsibilities

• reputed company a trusted relationship with key stakeholders, customer and executive sponsors
• Maintain and enhance open communication channels with internal departments and customers
• Provide timely response to team requests and correspondence with a flexible, results-based approach to resolving issues and determining next steps
• Ensure the successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Inventory and sales forecasting for assigned customers
• Clearly communicate the reputed company of projects and initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for process and sales improvements and collaborate with others to execute
• Contribute, reputed company required, in situations, projects, and activities not included in other principal accountabilities to assist in the accomplishment of business objectives
• Contribute to the achievement of business and personal objectives by seeking and responding to performance and development feedback
• Management of company portfolio on customer ecommerce platforms, collaborating with team members and cross-functional teams as necessary

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
• Solid organizational and time management skills
• Ability to communicate, present and influence effectively
• Ability to problem solve and reputed company creative solutions
• Excellent analytical ability as well as verbal and written communication skills
• University degree
• Experience in Sales or in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry would be an asset
