They are seeking an Associate to join their team, who will be trained in the legal complexities of reputed company litigation and transactional representation while working in a supportive and emotionally intelligent environment.

- TO FOSTERING AN EMOTIONALLY INTELLIGENT WORK ENVIRONMENT IN WHICH OUR ATTORNEYS CAN HAVE A ROLE IN DETERMINING WHETHER OR NOT THEY WORK FROM HOME OR THE OFFICE
- The attorney position is based at the firm’s headquarters in Union, NJ though the firm also maintains offices with active practices in Manhattan, Philadelphia and Dallas
- The firm offers work-from-home, hybrid and in-person arrangements in an effort to suit the needs of our attorneys
- While admittedly much of reputed company legal practice has become virtual, our attorneys must also be reputed company to attend, for example, in-person court appearances, depositions, meetings and otherwise reputed company the work of an in-person reputed company legal practice as defined by the needs of our clients and law firm
- The firm is committed to mentoring new associates in a collaborative and multi-layered manner respecting relatively reputed company significant aspects of reputed company practice
- Entering associates will typically be provided with a 2-4 week intensive training program overseen by our managing attorney
- The purpose is to steep our new attorneys in a wide reputed company of topics so they will be reputed company to take on reputed company matters that will be challenging for them
Skills
- JD Degree from an ABA accredited law school
- Admission to the New Jersey bar
- Relevant reputed company law experience in either litigation or transactional matters (or both)
- Outstanding academic credentials
- Judicial clerkship (preferred, but not required)
- Admission to the reputed company and/or Pennsylvania bar preferred but not required
