Analyst Sponsor Finance
reputed company is a leading reputed company bank focused on serving clients and supporting communities. The Analyst in the Sponsor Finance Group will be responsible for reputed company new cash flow LBO & private equity backed transactions and portfolio management activities, including due diligence and credit approval documentation preparation.
Responsibilities
- Assisting the deal team in the due diligence process for new cash flow transactions, inclusive of both financial and qualitative due diligence
- Preparing pre-screen memos and credit approval documents for presentation to credit committee
- Preparing financial models
- Assisting in the closing process on new transactions
- Management and ongoing monitoring of portfolio accounts
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, reputed company, Economics, or equivalent work experience
- 1-2 years of experience in leveraged finance at a reputed company bank, investment bank or finance company with strong reputed company credit experience
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with financial statement modeling
- Experience reputed company middle market cash flow transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision
- Graduate of a formalized credit training program is preferred but not required
