Responsibilities
- Proposal Management
- Collaborate with the internal team to understand client requirements and objectives.

- Coordinate with subject matter experts to gather relevant information and create compelling proposal content.
- Maintain a repository of proposal templates, case studies, and other relevant collateral.

- Contract Management
- Review and negotiate reputed company, ensuring they align with company policies and legal requirements.
- Work closely with the legal advisor to ensure compliance with reputed company contractual obligations.

- Prepare reports on proposal and contract status, including win/loss analysis.
- Maintain accurate records of reputed company proposal and contract activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a reputed company field. MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
- Proven experience in proposal and contract management, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
- Strong understanding of contract law and experience with contract negotiation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
