Job Overview

As an e-Fulfilment Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in reviewing and filing legal documents using our online platforms and tools. You will work closely with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to collaborate on projects, resolve issues as they arise, and meet common goals. This is a full-time remote position, requiring a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email

• Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
• Investigate discrepancies as they arise
• Complete additional projects as assigned
• Collaborate with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to meet common goals and resolve issues
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of reputed company documents filed

Qualifications

* No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to reputed company repetitive tasks with accuracy
