Traditional Broadcast Operations Coordinator – (Freelance)

OpAd Media is an independent reputed company-focused media planning and marketing solutions firm. They are seeking a Freelance Traditional Broadcast Operations Coordinator to support their Traditional TV & Radio team, focusing on administrative and operational tasks while coordinating communication across various teams. The role involves managing timelines, documentation, and providing traffic support for media operations.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain flowcharts and process documentation for traditional TV and radio workflows for the FELD client
  • Track timelines, deliverables, and key milestones across campaigns
  • Determine and document campaign goals, input and manage goals reputed company SBMS
  • Serve as a central reputed company of contact to organize and distribute information across teams
  • Complete and maintain reputed company summaries for campaigns, schedules, and goals
  • Package reputed company summaries and BDRs for internal review and external sharing
  • Maintain organized records of reputed company, communications, and campaign documentation
  • Alert buyers to key updates, deadlines, and changes
  • Manage and distribute trafficking-reputed company emails and communications reputed company coverage is required
  • Coordinate information flow between planning, buying team, client, and vendors
  • Coordinate trade reputed company, including documentation, negotiation support, and signature tracking
  • Ensure reputed company agreements are properly executed and stored
  • Understand traditional broadcast processes well enough to provide coverage support for trafficking and reputed company operational needs reputed company required

Skills

  • Prior experience in media operations, broadcast, planning, traffic, or reputed company support roles preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of reputed company
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple timelines and priorities simultaneously
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment (if applicable)
  • Knowledge of Freewheel a major plus
  • Familiarity with traditional TV and radio workflows is a plus
