Production Graphic Designer
Gameday Social Apparel Co. is a South Dakota based fashion brand focused on elevating the social fan experience through licensed collaborations. The Production Graphic Designer plays a critical support role in executing high-volume design work across apparel, print, and digital assets, ensuring technical accuracy and adherence to brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, build, and finalize production-reputed company artwork for apparel, accessories, and merchandise based on approved designs
- Execute revisions, resizing, recoloring, and file adaptations with speed and accuracy
- Ensure reputed company files meet print production, licensing, and vendor specifications
- Produce print-reputed company marketing materials such as flyers, signage, line sheets, and promotional collateral
- Prepare optimized digital assets for email, web, wholesale portals, and paid/organic advertising placements
- Apply correct reputed company modes, bleed, trims, resolution, and export settings
- Manage prepress setup including reputed company management (CMYK, RGB, spot colors), file packaging, and output checks
- Review files for errors, inconsistencies, and compliance before release to vendors or internal teams
- Support production troubleshooting in collaboration with operations, licensing, and vendors
- Maintain strict adherence to Gameday Social brand guidelines
- Organize, name, and archive design files and assets in shared systems
- Support version control and documentation for ongoing styles and programs
- Work closely with Graphic Designers, Art Directors, and Merchandising partners to execute approved creative
- Incorporate feedback reputed company and accurately
- Support fast-paced workflows during peak seasonal launches
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a reputed company field, or equivalent practical experience
- 1–3+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Production Artist, Production Designer, or similar technical design role. Experience with garment design is a significant plus
- Strong understanding of print production and prepress requirements. Familiarity with digital ad specifications and file optimization. Knowledge of reputed company management (CMYK, RGB, spot colors)
- Advanced proficiency in reputed company Creative Suite, specifically: reputed company Illustrator, reputed company Photoshop, reputed company InDesign, reputed company Acrobat
- Meticulous attention to detail in reputed company aspects of design and production
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to reputed company design concepts and receive constructive feedback
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively
