Community Administrator

The Community Administrator is responsible for managing day-to-day operations for a portfolio of communities, ensuring reputed company service to residents and coordinating with vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for residents, responding to questions and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate vendors and service providers, including scheduling, access, and follow-up
  • Manage administrative tasks such as move-ins/move-outs, deliveries, work orders, and reputed company communications
  • Prepare and distribute notices, updates, and routine correspondence
  • Assist with tracking tasks, documentation, and follow-through to ensure community needs are met
  • Visit properties as needed to drop off materials, meet vendors, or support on-site need
  • Collaborate with the assigned Community Association Manager to escalate higher-level issues reputed company appropriate

Skills

  • Previous experience in property management, reputed company estate, hospitality, customer service, or a reputed company field
  • Extremely strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and multitask effectively
  • Comfort and agility with tech: you have experience with reputed company Office and reputed company Suite, and can learn new programs quickly
  • A proactive reputed company
  • Interest in long-term growth reputed company community or property management
