[Remote] Business Solutions Consultant

The Business Solutions Consultant role involves connecting with business owners, sharing information about services, and supporting the quote process while building strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Connect & Build Relationships: Connect with business owners and decision-makers through scheduled appointments, referrals, and local reputed company, taking the time to understand each business’s needs and build strong, trusting relationships
- Share Information: Introduce Horizon Payments’ services and demonstrate how our solutions can help reduce costs and streamline payment processing for business owners
- Support The Quote Process: Work alongside National Sales Managers (NSM), who prepare, present, and finalize quotes and agreements
- Stay Organized: Document activity, notes, and next steps using available CRM and tools
- Stay Informed: Participate in optional updates or learning sessions to remain informed about services and processes
Skills
- Comfortable communicating with business owners in a clear, respectful way
- Comfortable adjusting approach based on the business or conversation
- Interested in building and maintaining professional relationships
- Ability to work independently and with team members remotely
