What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for engaging directly with customers who contact us for a variety of topics, from helping them shop for their new pet to problem-solving reputed company something doesn't go as planned. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for customers
• Operating with understanding, utilizing active listening, patience, reputed company, and kindness to customers and team members alike

What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
