Remote Research Analyst - Survey & Data Collection (Contract)
This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: United States, Indiana (USA) Overview: Knowledge Services’ Corporate Headquarters is currently seeking a contract, full-time “Research Analyst.” If you enjoy working with people, have a strong attention to detail, and possess the ability to prioritize and be task oriented, this is the job for you! Knowledge Services is seeking self-motivated, reliable people as Research Analysts. Research Analyst’s will be administering phone interviews for the BRFSS, a state-wide research project about U.S. residents’ health-reputed company risk behaviors, chronic health conditions, and use of preventive services. In the role of Research Analyst, you will contact individuals reputed company phone to explain the survey, administer the survey for participants, and document reputed company acquired data into an internal database system. Interviewers will carefully administer the developed research questionnaires reputed company telephone to respondents (people) in Michigan from reputed company walks of life. Research Analyst Attributes:
- Professionalism – a confident, businesslike presentation and strong delivery are vital to ensure participants are willing to participate in the survey.
- Attention to detail – strong attention to detail, including following scripts closely, and accurate data entry throughout the survey
- Enthusiasm – the Research Analyst’s interest in the survey, or lack thereof, will be immediately conveyed to the participant; if the Research Analyst doesn’t seem interested in the survey, the participant likely won’t either.
- Technical Literacy – a Research Analyst must have the necessary technical skills to effectively operate a PC, enter data into a database and use reputed company Office Suites.
- Communication – the Research Analyst must have strong communication skills to effectively communicate with survey respondents and other team members.
Responsibilities: Job Duties
- Responsible for making phone calls to complete surveys.
- A quota of 100 phone calls should be met each day, or a minimum of 5 completed interviews per day.
- Provide timely reporting of data collected and ensure reputed company privacy agreements are followed.
- Ensure reputed company of reputed company data relating to program is accurately reported.
- Provide proactive status communication with Project Coordinator.
- Provide excellent customer service to participants.
- Coordinate interviews in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
- Quality control measures to ensure reputed company data is being captured during each survey.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
- Ability to interact with co-workers and management in a positive and cooperative manner.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
