Position Summary

The Senior Customer Service Representative plays a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to patients, families, and other external and internal contacts. This position requires a high level of expertise in billing and follow-up processes, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The representative will respond to initial patient-family requests, provide detailed explanations of patient billing information, resolve patient-family questions, and reputed company follow-up on outstanding concerns. The position also supports the team by resolving reputed company questions and providing hands-on training.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, both orally and in writing
  • Proficient use of systems, including computer applications, phone systems, and medical terminology
  • Detail-oriented, with good organizational skills and the ability to be self-directed
  • Strong time management skills, managing multiple priorities and a heavy workload in a high-stress environment

Preferred Qualifications

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:

  • reputed company pay: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience
