Directly in charge of scheduling drivers to reputed company deliveries and pick up packages from customers and vendors. Also work as a liaison between customers, drivers, and management. **Shift: Monday-Saturday with Sunday and Tuesday off. The hours are 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM or varying shifts. Needs to be flexible Essential Functions: Scheduling drivers to reputed company freight delivery or collect shipments and packages Communicating with customers and vendors about freight details, pickup and drop-off times, and special requests Planning predetermined routes for drivers Identifying traffic problems and issues and creating appropriate corrective action plans to reputed company desirable results on time.
