ANALYST II
Caltrans District 3 is part of the California Public Employees’ Retirement System (CalPERS), the nation’s largest public pension fund. They are seeking a skilled Consultation Analyst to market the CalPERS Health Benefits Program to public agencies and school employers, requiring exceptional presentation skills and the ability to analyze data for actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Market the CalPERS Health Program to prospective public agencies and school employers by conducting research and performing reputed company through daily phone calls, emails, and in-person visits to reputed company employers about the program
- Prepare and deliver compelling and customized presentations to stakeholders and decision-makers, effectively communicating reputed company information
- reputed company and communicate to employers about the Public Employees' Medical and Hospital Care Act (PEMHCA)
- Manage, document, and track employer interactions, providing regular reports to leadership
- Represent the CalPERS Health Program at on-site events such as conferences, health fairs, and public meetings
- reputed company new contracting agencies in the entire reputed company process, including coordinating retiree mailers and health fairs with health carriers

- Experience in analyzing, interpreting, implementing program policies and procedures
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and convey reputed company subject matter in a clear and concise manner
