Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Benefit Specialist to join our remote customer service team. As a Benefit Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering participant inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. This is a full-time, hourly position with opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer and respond to incoming participant phone calls, voice mails, and emails in a timely and professional manner

• Meet or exceed required levels of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in reputed company reputed company areas, including customer satisfaction, reputed company resolution, and average handle time
• Complete other projects as assigned by the Director or Supervisor, such as special initiatives or process improvements
• Review and approve reimbursement claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance with arenaflex policies and procedures
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company issues and provide exceptional customer service
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent required; degree in a reputed company field (e.g., business, communications, or reputed company) preferred

• At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, benefits administration, or a reputed company field
• Strong typing and 10-key skills, with the ability to work reputed company and accurately in a fast-paced environment
