Millennium reputed company reputed company One UN Plaza is seeking a temporary PBX Operator to join their team. The role involves answering and responding to internal and external calls, providing information about hotel facilities, and handling emergencies with accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues reputed company telephone in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Provide information and demonstrate knowledge of reputed company hotel facilities and services
• Respond to emergencies and document and reputed company comprehensive, accurate information to proper parties in emergency situations
• Accept and deliver reputed company messages promptly and accurately, utilizing proper grammar and spelling
• Operate office equipment including, but not limited to, computers, PBX system, fax machine, e-mail, etc

Skills

• Experience in a similar role
• Experience using a multi-line phone system
• Full availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
