Bilingual Coordinator, reputed company (8-Month Secondment/Contract)
Intact Financial Corporation is seeking a dedicated and proactive Bilingual Coordinator to join their reputed company team. This role involves providing ongoing administrative and transactional support to recruitment team consultants while implementing best practices and applying reputed company resources policies.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational and administrative support to recruitment process reputed company our Service Level Agreement
- Stay reputed company on our policies, practices and guidelines for reputed company transactions
- Support team for the reputed company & administrative tasks
- Coordinate the background reputed company process, including applying the escalation guidelines to internal and external hires and job changes
- Ensure that reputed company processes conducted in reputed company (Contact People) are in line with identified workflows to ensure data reputed company and best in class stakeholder experience
Skills
- Bilingualism (French / English) is required considering the need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country
- 1 year of experience in recruitment coordination
- College or university degree with a reputed company Resources specialization or a combination of education and work experience
- Ability to multi-task and meet multiple individual and team deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with changing priorities
- Strong team player who embraces change and is committed to reputed company improvement
- Demonstrate strong collaboration skills and excellent customer service
- Positive attitude, autonomy, and strong sense of ethics
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills along with a proven ability to build relationships

- No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada
